Christmas Exchanges & Refunds

From December 10th 2017, all items purchased online at Park10Fashion will qualify for our extended Christmas Returns Policy.

This means that any products which are purchased as Christmas gifts are now permitted for return until Monday the 8th of January 2018 so long as the item is unworn/unused, with original tags still attached. Items can be returned for exchange or refund.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DEADLINES

For guaranteed* delivery in time for Christmas 2017, please ensure all orders are placed before 2pm (GMT) on:

Monday 18th of December for: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Wednesday 20th of December 
for: UK EXPRESS SHIPPING

* Dates are based on our typical delivery times to the destinations quoted.

If you happen to miss any of the above deadlines but would still like to enquire about Christmas delivery, please get in touch with our team via customercare@park10fashion.com and we can enquire into courier costs to meet your needs in time for Christmas.

Exchanges & Refunds

All exchanges and refunds must be returned within 14 days of the date of receiving the order, back to the Park 10 Fashion Limited head office, with prior consent from our Customer Service team.

To request an exchange or refund please email customercare@park10fashion.com within 7 days of the date of receiving your goods, stating the reason for your return. Once this has been acknowledged by head office, we will ask you to fill out the returns note, return the product in its original packaging with all return tags and brand labelling attached as well as dust bags or any accompanying packaging you received with the goods, by recorded delivery back to our office.

Please note that all Park 10 Fashion Limited returns tags MUST remain in tact when goods are returned and there must be no damage made to the goods in question. For full returns information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Should goods arrive with you in a dissatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately to discuss.

It is your responsibility as the customer to return the goods in the condition you received them, by a secure chosen delivery method with tracking and insurance. Please note that Park 10 Fashion Limited cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels returned to us.

Once goods have been received and processed by us, our customer service team will contact you to confirm a refund has been processed back to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed back to your original method of payment (minus original delivery costs).

Should you wish to exchange your item(s), we strongly suggest placing a new order to avoid disappointment, should your desired item sell out.
