Simply add the selected items to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing all the information related to your order.
Should there be any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or telephone.
If you have forgotten your password, it is no problem to reset.
Simply click on the ‘Forgot My Password’ link which will prompt you to enter your email address. Once you have done this, you will receive an email asking you to follow a link to reset your password.
Once your goods are dispatched, you will receive a further email to inform you that your order is on its way – along with a tracking link to follow the progress of your delivery.

Our trusted couriers deliver from Monday – Friday 9-5pm and require a signature for all deliveries.
Should nobody be available to sign, an attempted delivery will be rearranged between the customer and the courier. Parcels may be left, should specific delivery instructions be provided at checkout (i.e. a ‘safe place’ option is specified).
Clothing is accompanied with a luxury hanger and packaged in tissue, within a discreet eco-friendly white cardboard box which can be recycled.
Certain items may be accompanied with branded dust bags and other packaging where relevant and will need to be included, should the items be returned.
